John recently installed a new combination boiler and an extra radiator in the kitchen.The quality of his work was first class, always on time, always happy to answer any questions i had as the work progressed, always kept the area he was working in neat and tidy. At the end of the work he took time to explain all the controls and paperwork i would be receiving,so also thanks to Kim for producing that clear and detailed paperwork. I would highly recommend R.J. My existing old boiler failed and although I was booked to have a new one fitted during January 2022 Kim in the office pulled out all the stops and my new boiler was fitted only days after I reported my problem. A very professional happy team arrived on time, worked solidly all day and completed the job to my absolute satisfaction in the evening. This is the second time I have used this company to fit a new boiler in this house and my previous one. I will always use this company who are so helpful and an example to others. Kim, John and the team are truly professional and reliable. They have converted our house from conventional to a new Worcester combi boiler, completed in 2 days to a high standard, with 10 year warranty (they are Worcester approved) and competitively priced. Also boiler servicing, replacing a tap and disconnecting and connecting gas hobs. I would not go anywhere else for heating and plumbing services.Reviewed July 2020
