To replace the 3 floor standing Ideal Mexico boilers and remove the old warm air unit, condense the layout of the plant room utilising modern efficient technology. Retain the flexibility of the old system due to fluctuating demand on the church.

RJ Mitchell & Son Proposal

To supply and fit two Vaillant Ecotec Plus 637 condensing system boilers complete with low loss header and ebus cable. The ebus cable was required to ensure the boilers worked together to ensure equal wear and increase efficiency. To ensure flexibility the heating system already had 3 zones, when we connected back on to them we installed a Grundfos twin headed pump which was run from a relay to enable both pumps to run at the same time or one at a time. Should one pump fail the other could be used instead.
