We use the information that you have given us in order to provide quotations and estimates as requested. Send invoices following completed works and register guarantees. Register gas installations with Gas Safe. We also add you to our boiler maintenance reminder list should it be requested.

We may share this information with our subcontractors who we have instructed to carry out a task on our behalf, Worcester Bosch and Vaillant when we register your boiler guarantee, Gas Safe when we register a boiler installation and Wessex Water following new connections.

How we store your information

Your information is securely stored on a hard drive which is kept in a locked cupboard.

We keep details of customers who we have completed works for 7 years. We will then dispose your information by shredding paper copies and deleting from our hard drive the appropriate years quotations.

Should we provide a quotation but you decide to not proceed, then these details are shredded and removed immediately and not stored.
